These terms apply when you use helldonislighting.com, request a quote, or hire HellDonis Solutions LLC, doing business as HellDonis Lighting (“HellDonis,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or our services you agree to them.

Quotes and services

We design, install, maintain, take down and store holiday and seasonal lighting for homes and businesses in Litchfield and Fairfield County, Connecticut. Quotes are free and are based on the information and photos you give us. A quote is not a contract; the price, scope and schedule for your job are set in the written estimate or invoice you approve. Installation dates depend on weather and scheduling, and we will contact you if a date needs to move.

Your property

You confirm you own the property or have permission to have lights installed on it, and that we may access the areas we need to install, service and remove them. Please tell us about anything we should know, such as fragile gutters, hidden wiring or pets.

Payment

Payment terms are listed on your estimate or invoice. Promotions, such as early-bird discounts or referral gift cards, apply only as described in the offer and cannot be combined unless we say so.

Text messaging (SMS) program

Program: HellDonis Lighting quote and service texts. We send text messages about estimate requests, quotes, scheduling and service, such as asking for a photo of your home or following up on a quote.

• How you opt in: by checking the optional “Text me” box on the free estimate form (helldonislighting.com/#quote) or the gift card form (helldonislighting.com/redeem) and entering your mobile number; by choosing “Yes” to the optional “Text me” question on the lead form in our Facebook and Instagram ads; or by texting us first. The box is never checked for you, no answer is chosen for you on the ad form, and you can request an estimate without either. Consent is not a condition of purchase. • Message types: estimate, quote, scheduling and service updates only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
• Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop texts, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP or contact us at Helldonis1@gmail.com or (203) 802-5537.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be 18 or older to sign up for text messages.
• Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Website use

The content on this website, including photos and designs, belongs to HellDonis Lighting. Please do not copy it for commercial use without our permission. Do not submit false information or use our forms to send spam.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
