How to opt in to texts

HellDonis Lighting (HellDonis Solutions LLC) only sends text messages to people who choose to get them. Texts are about estimate requests, quotes, scheduling and service. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. There are three ways to opt in, and texting is never required to get an estimate.

1. The “Text me” box on our website

Our free estimate form at helldonislighting.com/#quote and our gift card form at helldonislighting.com/redeem each have a separate checkbox below the form fields. It is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. Next to it the form says:

Text me (optional). Yes, HellDonis Lighting may text me at the number above about my estimate, scheduling and service. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

People who leave the box unchecked are contacted by phone only.

2. The “Text me” question on our Facebook and Instagram lead form

Our Facebook and Instagram ads open a lead form. One question on it is optional and has no answer chosen ahead of time:

Text me (optional): Can HellDonis Lighting text you about your estimate, scheduling and service? Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Answers: Yes / No

Before the Submit button, the form shows our texting terms:

If you chose Yes to “Text me,” you agree HellDonis Lighting may text you at the phone number you entered about your estimate, scheduling and service. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you chose No or skipped the question, we’ll only call you. Only people who choose “Yes” are texted. People who choose “No” or skip the question are contacted by phone only. Because this form only opens inside Facebook and Instagram, here are screenshots of it:

3. Texting us first

If you text our business number first, we reply to you one-to-one.

After you opt in

Right after opting in, you get this confirmation text:
